Receptionist and Administrative Assistant

Lori is generally the first voice you hear on the telephone when you call our office. She can set up appointments for you with a member of our professional staff, tell you the most direct route to take to our office and answer a myriad of questions for you.

 Rebecca
 Administrative Assistant and Billing Manager

Rebecca sees that clients’ insurance is properly billed, and helps with other financial arrangements such as payment by credit card.

 Rachel
 Clinical and Administrative Assistant

Rachel is in her second year with us, serving as Dr. Leach's clinical assistant. If you are involved in a custody evaluation with Dr. Leach, chances are you have met her or talked with her on the telephone. She also serves as a back-up to Lori and can answer general questions about our office and the services we provide.

 Kathy
 Executive Assistant

Kathy is our West Side office manager.  She does everything from checking out insurance coverage and collecting copays to solving thorny billing problems.
